“A real treasure on our high street! Always a warm welcome from the whole team. I popped in this afternoon in a hurry – the day before Christmas Eve. I was made to feel very welcome and was shown options from the range of the beautiful bracelets they have available. Once the bracelet was chosen, it was beautifully gift wrapped and put in to a lovely gift bag. I wonder why we are so quick to buy online when we still have such wonderful customer experiences in independent shops on our high street. I shall be sure to return in the new year! He took a finger measurement over the phone! as Mark was too ill to leave the house, found a suitable ring, and then he even delivered the ring personally to us at home! It doesn’t get better than that-and we were both extremely grateful for all that was done. “Took my father into Alexander Jewellery today where 10 years ago he had bought his watch. It has kept perfect time but he was having trouble changing the date.
The charming assistant was only too happy to help, changed the date for him and refused any payment.
